Replace your large digital cameras with thin digital cameras for taking your pictures.
Technology has come a long way in the development of cameras especially thin digital cameras. I have a Fuji digital camera that I use for all my picture taking. It looks like a regular SLR camera that uses film. Much larger than the new thin digital cameras.
On our recent trip to Disneyland with our granddaughters I really wish I had a thin digital camera. They had one and it was so easy to use plus they just put it into their pocket when done. With my camera I had to put it back into its case and carry it over my shoulder.
Thin digital cameras are just as good as any other camera for taking pictures. If you are a professional photographer then you may need the more larger and expensive digital camera. However, small digital cameras take great pictures also and are easier to carry.
However, for those of us that just need a camera for taking those family pictures or while traveling then the thin digital cameras are the way to go. You can purchase them in many different colors if you need one other than the standard black or silver. I think girls are more into colors than boys but either way you will have a choice.
Even though these cameras are small they are not lacking in what they can do. They have all the features that larger cameras do but in a smaller package. You will get quality pictures when using thin digital cameras just as you would with a normal size camera.
The real draw back with thin digital cameras are the size of the controls on the camera. If you have very large hands this can be a problem. However, if you really can’t push the correct button with your fingers then you could use the end of a pencil for this.
Thin digital cameras are able to shoot video as well as pictures so you are not limited. Granted you will not be able to have a video shot for long periods as a regular video camera will. However, you will be able to shoot video with sound with your compact camera. The best of both worlds.
The thin digital cameras have the same amount of mega pixels as the larger digital cameras. You will not be limited on the quality of your pictures. All of them have very good quality pictures by using the different settings on your camera. Even with using auto settings you will be able to get excellent pictures without any trouble.
You can get thin digital cameras with optical zoom just as the bigger cameras. The range may not be as great as a bigger camera but they will suit most any needs that a person needs in taking everyday pictures. If you really want pictures like a professional takes then maybe you should get both types of cameras or just get the large digital camera in the first place. If you get a compact camera with the larger optical zoom you should do well in your picture taking.
Many name brand companies make thin digital cameras such as Sony, Nikon, Cannon, Kodak and Panasonic, plus many others. So if you have a brand in mind then you should have no problem in getting the one you want.
By having thin digital cameras you will be taking more pictures and will not be missing the ones you wish you had. This type of camera is more handy than the larger cameras because you can put this in your pocket or purse. The larger digital camera requires you to carry it over your shoulder and this is not possible all the time. However, you can put the small compact digital camera in your pocket and have it with you all the time.
